The rules of card use
- The card is embossed. Its activation is possible only by the card holder on documents presentation.
- The card can’t be passed to the third persons and acts on its presentation.
- The card validity is unlimited.
- Grand Marine Hotel & SPA reserves the right to change loyalty program terms giving the Guest 14 days’ prior notice before new changes start acting.
- In case of card loss or damage it can be renewed in the customer service department. The Guest is given a new card of the similar nominal (value). The lost card is blocked.

The card discount is not given:
- if the Guest is getting special vouchers (or certificates) service with a fixed sum;
- for special offers;
- in case of extra discounts loyalty card discounts are not summed up.
